The full-automated VFFS small bag filling machine is designed to realize the fully automatic operation of metering, material feeding, bag making, sealing-off as well as coding.
Range of application: high-speed metering and packaging of particle/powder/mixed materials in daily chemical, agrochemical, food and chemical industries (e.g. fertilizer, flour, flower fertilizer, solid medicine powder, washing powder, addictives and seasoning powder).
Applications:
It's widely suitble for automatically packing products of food,medicine,chemical Industry, and pesticide in mesh size range from 120 to 400, such as food addictive, milk powder, Soya powder,bean powder, albumen powder, medical powder, cosmetic powder, and slimming tea powder etc.
Features of our fully automatic pouch packing machine:
A. The part of the main weigher which contacts with the material is made of SUS304 stainless steel, while the other parts are made of powder coated carbon steel;
B. Unit structure: metering mechanism + bag making mechanism + sealing and cutting mechanism;
C. Technological process: automatic bag making→automatic weighing→automatic filling-in→automatic sealing-off→automatic coding→finished product conveying.
